Forgiveness
and the Spiritual Warrior

+

We are all becoming aware that we are now living in a very special time: a time of great change. We are each beginning to awaken to the reality that we are actually Spiritual Beings, living within a physical World. As a Spiritual Warrior, we are slowly learning that we can actually make a difference. We can improve things as we work to create positive change for ourselves, for others, and for our entire Earth. We can truly use the gifts that God has given us to help everyone as we experience this new reality.

Unfortunately, in order for us to learn, difficult things have happened and may happen in the future. As others work to create terror, the fear grows. People are dying, and we wonder: Why? Does this really have to happen this way?

It is important to not feel guilty. Yes, it is true in a certain sense that we are responsible, because we are all working together to create this reality. As a group, we are all choosing this. However, as a Spiritual Warrior, we understand that we had the capacity to perhaps change things in the past. When we really begin to realize that we might have been able to stop the terror, we could begin to feel guilty, because of the pain and suffering that we see happening.

Instead, it is important for us to realize true forgiveness. We need to learn to forgive our self and any others that we feel are responsible. This is very important because forgiveness is the first step on the path to Peace.

When we do not forgive, it blocks our progress on all levels. Yes, bad things did happen in the past within this existence or perhaps others. Perhaps, someone did something to you that was terrible. Perhaps you did something that you would consider unforgivable. Whatever the case, we must not allow this to stop us. Our mission is too important. If we do not change this within us, our very survival may be at risk. We must learn to forgive.

What is forgiveness? Traditionally, the process of forgiveness can be defined as letting bygones be bygones. In other words, someone did something bad that hurt me. Even though they did that bad thing to me, I will now let it go, because I am compassionate and will try to understand.

When we practice this traditional form of forgiveness, it can work, and this is good. However, many times traditional forgiveness can seem almost impossible. The difficulty is that we are trying to hold two conflicting beliefs at the same time. On the one hand, we are saying that something bad happened. We want to condemn the person or situations for what happened. On the other hand, we want to forgive, because we know it is the right thing to do. Many times, this process can take a long time, sometimes years.

But there is a better way. We can practice a different form of forgiveness, called Radical Forgiveness. Based on the book called RADICAL Forgiveness, Making Room for the Miracle, written by Colin Tipping, (www.radicalforgiveness.com), this process is simple, easy to use, and can be much faster than the traditional form of forgiveness.

The concept is this. As you look back at situations that have happened to you, sometimes you can begin to see that perhaps there was a reason for it happening. In other words, I did not like what happened as I went through it, but now I can see that there was a very important spiritual reason for it to happen. Perhaps I have now grown from the experience, so that I am grateful for the others involved. Radical Forgiveness takes this concept one more step. Instead of saying that some things happen for a reason, Radical Forgiveness says that everything happens for a reason. In fact there is always a spiritual reason and everything is perfect, even though we may not be able to fully understand.

Even though this perfection is our Truth, it is also important to realize that we are here to feel the emotions and fully experience what it means to be human. This is our lesson. So we cannot just say that everything is perfect and be complete. It is very important for us to feel what it is like to be human. We are supposed to go through the process of being a victim, and then learning what it means to be forgiving. This is not always easy, especially when we experience very traumatic and emotional events. However, if we use the Radical Forgiveness process, we are able to shift our energy out of the difficult emotions and remember what we are really doing here.

The Radical Forgiveness process is a five-stage process that is shown in the book and on the web site. You can access it and use it yourself. If you would like additional assistance, The Radical Forgiveness Institute does offer workshops and other training. Also, as shown on the web site, you can also access Radical Forgiveness Coaches who would be willing to help you. The Positive Image Awareness Center Inc, also offers Private Radical Forgiveness Coaching and Radical Forgiveness Ceremonies.

As we learn to forgive and begin to really experience true Peace within, we must decide what to do now in this present moment. How will we choose to move forward in future? What actions should we take?

As a Spiritual Warrior, there is much that can be done. First, we can realize that together, we are much stronger than when we are alone. Of course, we are never truly alone, because God is always with us, but many times in our physical World, we can feel very isolated. Because we are so sensitive, we can feel what is happening for others, and sometimes, the burdens are difficult to bear. But you do not have to carry the World on your shoulders. Together, we can share the load.

As we work to co-create positive change, it is important to ask for Alignment with God's Will and God's Perfect Timing. Even though we may think we know how things should be, it is important to for us to ask for those of the Most High Closest to God to assist in knowing what needs to be changed for the Highest Good of All. With this in mind as we desire the Ascension of our self, others and the Earth, we can be sure that what happens will be what is needed.

As we Ascend in our vibrations, we will be able to make better decisions that are from the Higher Self. We have been gifted a very simple Ascension Process, that you can do for yourself and others. It is always helpful. For more information on the Ascension Process, visit our web site at www.spiritualwarriors.net.

We are free. God has given each of us Free Will, allowing us to make our own decisions. At the same time, we must also experience our consequences for each choice that is made. If we have not chosen from the Higher Self, many times our decisions will cause us difficulty, and we may become stuck with our emotions. Many may feel trapped and afraid that perhaps they are failing. But this is not true.

Our Truth is that we are all Children of God. We can each learn to forgive. As you forgive others and yourself, you can begin to realize that God is always there, Lighting the way. No matter what we may have done in the past, God's Unconditional Love for us will never change. God only wants the best for us. We can all learn from this perfect example and truly Love each other as God Loves us.

By forgiving, we can truly understand and experience what it really means to love without conditions. No matter what has happened, there was a spiritual reason for it. We can truly see that Peace is possible. In forgiving, Peace begins within you. You can share this Peace with others and together, we can all co-create Peace on Earth.
