One day I received a call from my sister, Lois, saying that our Dad had been in an accident with his motorcycle. It seemed that his only injury was a broken wrist. But, I experienced a strange feeling as we talked, and told her I’d do a Tarot Trance reading, in an effort to find out just what his injuries were.
I did the reading, and learned that he would have a long rehabilitation, and that he should be thoroughly checked.
When Lois called back to find out what I had learned in my trance state, I told her. She said that when the hospital attendant told Dad to stand up and get in a wheelchair, he passed out. He had a cracked pelvis, and was paralyzed from the hip down his right leg.
He did have a long rehabilitative period, and he had to learn to walk all over again.
Sometime later, during a meditation, I received a message for Dad from his deceased mother. Nanny said to tell him to drive more carefully; that he must heed the warning or it would result in an accident within three months. Should this occur, he would not be as lucky as he was this time.
I relayed the message to my Dad. He told me he settled with his insurance company that very day for the previous accident, and he planned to not only buy a new motorcycle, but also a new sports car as well.
Fortunately, Dad decided to heed his mother’s warning. He did not buy a motorcycle. He did however, purchase a sports car, but promised not to speed.
One thing that I have found over the years, if those in spirit say to “heed the warning”, we really better listen.
