Our Spiritual Future

We are all beginning to become aware that things are no longer the same. How will it be in the future? The threat to corporations and business is also from within, where greed, corruption, and misuse of power show us that something needs to be done differently. The very institutions that form the basis for our civilization are on shaky ground. In order to survive, we must realize that these challenges are Spiritual, and we must respond in a Spiritual Way.

Spiritual Warriors are needed now within our organizations. The concept is that we are all Spiritual Beings first. We are not just physical, material beings. Everything that happens has a Spiritual reason. There are no mistakes, accidents, or coincidences. All organizations are actually groups of people. Since all people are Spiritual Beings first, then all organizations must also be Spiritual first. We all need to realize the Spiritual purpose behind everything that is happening within the organization.

We can no longer view the Spiritual as a separate part of our lives, something to be considered one day of the week and perhaps a few moments during our day. Instead, we must begin to realize that everything is Spiritual. Our challenge is to truly see that this is our reality.

In order to survive in the future, organizations will need to understand this. We will need to understand the fact that there are consequences to all decisions that are made. What we are doing can be a part of God's Plan, but we need to align with it. Spiritual Warriors within the organization will assist this alignment process and help to create positive change for all.

What is a Spiritual Warrior?

Spiritual Warriors are here to help transform the energy of War to the energy of Peace. We are a part of an Army of Light. Some may choose to say God, or Great Spirit, or some other concept of a Supreme Being. It does not matter what your belief system is. It does not matter what your religion is. A Spiritual Warrior is willing to stand up and be counted to defend the honor of the Light, to defend the honor of God.
