A Channeled Meditation
for Ascension

Before beginning this meditation, light a white candle and some of your favorite incense,  in a quiet, peaceful place where you will not be disturbed for about 20-30 minutes. Take off your shoes.  If you are sitting in a chair, place your feet flat on the floor. Relax, and begin.
