My Heritage on my mother's side is from the Mi'kmaq (Micmac) Tribe of St. John's Canada. My Grandfather was born there, and he taught me the Native American ways of respecting the Earth and the Oneness of all there is. I utilize these beliefs when I travel the United States - working on healing the Earthquakes, Hurricanes and Tornadoes, as aligned with God's Will and His Perfect Timing. I teach everyone to believe that we too can do as The Master does - reminding them that He, tells us this.
I am clairaudient, clairvoyant as well as a physical sensitive, or clairsentient. I am an internationally known Spiritual Counselor and I have helped thousands of people throughout the United States, as well as other countries with my work, through my travels, telephone sessions and through the mail. I assisted the Atlanta Police Task Force with the 1981 Child Murders, in addition to many other cases throughout the country.

Hypnosis is not like a magic show or stage presentation as you might have seen in the past. We use Clinical Hypnosis. Hypnosis is a more relaxed state of mind and body in which suggestions are more readily accepted than in the conscious state. You relax mentally, physically, and emotionally, yet your subconscious alertness is increased. You will remain aware of your surroundings. Hypnosis is like teamwork between the Hypnotherapist and client. The Hypnotherapist is like a teacher. They instruct and guide the client to achieve this state with the client’s help.
Many people think they will be asleep, or unaware. That is simply not true, as you have heightened awareness. It is a state of higher awareness of the subconscious mind and a relaxation of the body. Because you may hear everything going on around you and your mind may wander, many will deny they are even in hypnosis.
Yet they achieve their goals. The average person does not know when they drift in or out of hypnosis unless they are aware of the physiological and psychological signs that do occur while being hypnotized. Remember the following signs: Heavy and drowsy eyelids, numbing and/or tingling sensation in the hands, heavy or light feeling in the arms and legs, thinking mechanism relaxed, and the throat dry or excessive saliva causing you to swallow frequently, is normal.
Senses become super aware. And a warm euphoric feeling is common. These reactions are important to be aware of. They help to make you aware of when you are drifting in and out of hypnosis. At the first session you may be aware of little difference, as you tend to fight letting yourself go completely. But with each successive session, you allow yourself to go in deeper. It is a conditioning process. As you build a rapport and trust with the Hypnotherapist, you will see and feel the difference in each progressive session.
People who say they cannot be hypnotized are usually the best subjects. The more uptight or nervous you are, the easier it is for you to go under. Initially, there may be a temporary holding back. But if you are willing to cooperate, you can learn to let yourself go into the state of hypnosis. Individuals with a good imagination and a willingness to cooperate with a positive attitude are the best subjects.
Through Hypnosis, you will have direct access to your subconscious mind. Psychologists believe that the sub conscious mind is directly linked to the memory banks of the brain. In these memory banks, all occurrences of every hour, minute, and second of your life are recorded. Conditioned habits are stored in the subconscious mind. Hypnosis offers a direct concentrated route through post-hypnotic suggestions to modify your behavior.
For combating the problem of cigarette addiction, Hypnosis is extremely effective. We do not “make” you stop smoking, or tell you that you “have” to stop smoking. But we will give you positive suggestions that you will not want, desire or crave cigarettes. We suggest that you are a non-smoker, your subconscious mind responds by creating a new positive habit of being a non-smoker. Hypnosis will disguise any withdrawal symptoms into mild sensations that are not unpleasant, and will pass quickly. We will suggest that you will not be eating any more than your present intake of food. Also that you will not take up any other negative habit. Clinical hypnosis uses only positive thoughts and suggestions. Relaxation and self-hypnosis is taught during the session.
