Because you are energy, you have a frequency, or vibration that you can change. When you express negative thoughts, words or actions, you lower your frequency level. If your frequency level continues to lower, you attract negative situations, so called 'accidents' and negative people into your life. As a result, you enter a downward spiral of negativity and unhappiness. The ascension process assists you to raise your frequency level. This is accomplished by clearing away negativity's which prevent you from increasing your frequency level on your own. As your frequency level increases, you become more aware of the will of God and His plan for your happiness. As you follow the will of God your life improves and your frequency level continues to increase. As you do this, the negative people and situations in your life will be replaced with more positive ones.

The goal of physical existence is to achieve conscious Oneness with the Creator. The Ascension process assists you to an easier and quicker realization of that goal.
